Our commitment
Newman Mentalism does not send spam, and we do not permit our websites, domains, or brand to be advertised through unsolicited bulk email by anyone, including ourselves, any contractor working on our behalf, any affiliate, or any third party.
What we prohibit
We expressly prohibit the advertising of newmanmentalism.com, or any domain we own, through:
Unsolicited bulk email of any kind.
Purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested consumer email lists.
Any message sent to a recipient who has asked not to be contacted.
Any message that conceals the sender's identity, uses a false or misleading subject line, or omits an opt-out mechanism.
Affiliates, resellers, or third-party marketers. We do not use them, and we do not authorize anyone to promote this business by email on our behalf.
Our business correspondence
We conduct direct business-to-business correspondence with organizations that book live entertainment. This is limited, targeted, and manually reviewed. Specifically:
We contact business roles at organizations, such as (but not limited to) event coordinators, HR managers, and communications staff, using business contact information and only where our services are relevant to that person's role. We contact individuals only in their professional capacity, and we do not send consumer or personal marketing.
Every message identifies Jeff Newman, or a colleague acting on his behalf, by name; identifies Newman Mentalism as the sender; and provides a physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
Opt-out and unsubscribe requests are honoured immediately and permanently, across all future correspondence, without exception and without requiring a reason.
We do not send to consumer addresses, and we do not send bulk marketing.
We maintain a permanent suppression list of anyone who has asked not to hear from us.
Our sending domains
Domains used to send business correspondence are mail-only. They host no website, no landing page, and no redirect. They exist solely to send and receive authenticated email, and are protected by SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Reporting abuse
If you have received a message from us that you believe violates this policy, or if you wish to be permanently removed from all future contact, email info@newmanmentalism.com and we will action it immediately. You do not need to give a reason.
If you believe someone is advertising our website without our authorization, please tell us at the same address. We will pursue it.
