Why Kelowna Event Planners Hire Jeff

The show is built for corporate crowds.

Jeff’s material is designed for adult professional audiences. Clean, PG, and sharp enough for a boardroom or a ballroom. The show is interactive without making volunteers feel awkward, and audiences leave with an experience to talk about for weeks.

Booking is frictionless.

Jeff asks the right questions upfront, handles his own logistics, brings what he needs, and shows up ready to perform. Tech rider, contracts, and event-day timing get sorted ahead of show day, so there’s nothing to chase down at the last minute. Jeff gives event planners one less thing to worry about on their list.

Jeff knows the Okanagan.

Jeff has performed across the Okanagan and the BC Interior, from Kelowna and Vernon to Kamloops, the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel, and Chances Castlegar. He’s based in Calgary, and travel to Kelowna is handled upfront and built into the quote, with no surprise charges or last-minute scrambles.

Kelowna Event Questions Answered

No. Jeff is based in Calgary, and travel to Kelowna is built into the quote, along with GST and any payment fees. Most bookings range from $3,500 to $7,500 CAD, depending on the size and scope of your event. If an overnight stay is needed, that gets sorted out up front, so the number on the quote is the number you pay.
Yes. Jeff performs throughout the Okanagan and the BC Interior, with recent events in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Vernon, Salmon Arm, and Sun Peaks.
Yes. Close-up mingling works especially well for winery and resort receptions, where guests are moving around, and the stage show can follow dinner. As Quails’ Gate Winery put it, “he was fantastic entertainment for this elevated event.”
Not at all. Jeff invites volunteers rather than putting anyone on the spot, and a reserved or skeptical room is part of the fun. As one client put it: “Jeff performed for our staff appreciation event and was able to engage the skeptics throughout the event!” - Anu S., Imperial Oil
For peak season (November and December), 4 to 12 months in advance is not unusual. For the rest of the year, most clients book 4 to 6 months out. That said, if the date is open and the budget works, Jeff is happy to take a last-minute booking. The fastest way to find out is to ask.
